2:05 PM	Building public cloud service on Cozystack \| Sergei Makarov - Technical product manager, Cloupard	We built a cloud service called DevSpace on top of Cozystack. In this talk, I will explain how our solution is designed, how it works internally, and which problems it solves for platform users. I will walk through the main architecture decisions, the key Cozystack components we rely on, and the way we combine them into a developer-facing self-service environment.

2:40 PM	Treating Kubernetes as a Linux Distro: APT-Style Packaging with FluxCD \| Andrei Kvapil, CEO, AENIX	Kubernetes platforms face the same challenge Linux solved decades ago: how to let users install only what they need and build community-driven package ecosystems. In Cozystack, we built an APT-like package system on FluxCD and OCI artifacts. The operator introduces Package and PackageSource CRDs - analogous to dpkg and sources.list - with pluggable repositories, dependency resolution, and content-based versioning. We'll cover how we solved the chicken-and-egg problem (deploying CNI via Flux when Flux needs networking), evolving from HTTP hacks to a clean solution with flux-aio and FluxCD's source-watcher pattern using OCI artifacts directly. Based on real-world implementation at the Košická akadémia softvérového vývoja (KASV), we will discuss the transition from k3s setups to a full-stack Cozystack environment. The core of our success lies in using beby.cloud to lay the foundations of "pure Kubernetes" education. This approach allows students to master the essentials before diving into the specific cloud architectures used by our industry partners like Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions or Siemens Healthineers, Visma Labs or AT&T Key highlights of the talk: Breaking Barriers: How we take students from non-technical backgrounds and turn them into cloud-ready talents. 3:50 PM	Building a Multi-Cloud Service Mesh from the Ground Up with Kilo \| Lu Servén Marín - SRE, AuthZed	In this technical dive deep, Lu demystifies the components of a service mesh. They explore Kubernetes networking from the bottom up to show what it takes to connect containers across nodes, geographic locations, and ultimately clusters using WireGuard and Kilo as the network fabric. With this foundational knowledge, Lu demonstrates how to incrementally build a service mesh on top of Kilo to allow containers in one cluster to natively access services in another: starting with a static mesh, adding service discovery, and ultimately automating service mirroring. Finally, the talk discusses some of the challenges, limitations, and alternatives to building service meshes on top of Kilo.

4:25 PM	What If Every Cozystack Change Became a Commit? \| Simon Koudijs - Founder and Engineer, configbutler.ai	Cozystack exposes platform services as Kubernetes API resources, e.g. Postgres, Redis, Bucket, Kubernetes. Users interact in the usual ways: kubectl, a GUI (Cozystack dashboard), or even feeding their AI agents through an MCP. But who is making all these changes? And why did they do it? Git seems far away. But it doesn't have to be. What if every platform change automatically appeared as clean YAML in Git? Fully automated. Just a silent layer that turns API activity into a durable, readable history of infrastructure intent. The immediate win is auditability: instead of digging through logs or dashboards, teams get versioned history they can inspect, diff, and share. Think of it as reverse GitOps: instead of Git driving the platform, the platform continuously writes its intent back to Git. In this talk, I'll explain why Cozystack is a natural fit for this model, show it live, and explore what platforms gain when Git stops being the interface — and starts being the memory.
